
Bicycle Fitting
​Being in the right position on your bike sets you up for a more enjoyable ride. With so many variables to consider like your body type, past and current injuries, leg length discrepancies, the type of bike you have, your cycling goals and so much more it can get very confusing on what you need to do and how you need to adjust your bike.
At Cycling Solutions we want to understand you as a cyclist so that we can make sure you get the best from your body and your bike. We use a combination of learnt experience, manual adjustments and advanced technology to make sure you are setup correctly for the goals you have set for yourself. Leave it to us and we will help you with the issues you may be having such as a sore back, pins and needles in your hands and numb feet.

What you get:
1. Seat, handlebar and foot assessment
2. Answers to all your questions
3. Body assessment to check for things like leg length discrepancies
4. Video footage of yourself on the bike which include foot and knee angles and more.
5. A full report that includes all the information of the fitting including photos and videos.

The Options

1hr Basic: $150 - Get the basics right such as feet position, leg extension and reach.

2hr Intermediate: $350 - Build on the basics including off bike assessment, cleats, saddle for/aft and video footage.

3hr Advanced: $450 - Taking it to the next level by showing you how to adjust your own bike and in depth conversations about your goals, what you need to achieve your goals, stretching exercises and more.
